Day One - Sunday (25.09) [ see a map ]

09:00 - departure by bus from the conference venue in Wierzba
10:30 - arrival to Krzywe
10:30 - 15:30 - visit to Wigry National Park- welcome speech by the WPN managing director
- presentation of wetland areas of the WPN and Park's activities in this field
- walk to the polihumic bezodplywowe lake 'Suchar I' characterized by fen vegetation floating mats
- walk in the valley of the Czarna Hańcza river - fen peatland covered by birch shrubs
- ship cruise on the Wigry lake: including a lunch on board - tasting regional speciality smoked European whitefish; and presentation of lake eutrophication and active protection of aquatic ecosystems issues
- tour by horse wagonettes to the strict protection area of 'Suche Bagno' bog and along Widne lake (eu-distrophical lake) including out-look point in Krusznik
16:00 - arrival to Augustów
16:00 - 19:00 - visit to Rospuda Valley Reserve- walk in the bottom of the 'Orchids' valley to the location where 'Via Baltica' highway is planned - explanation of the conflict and possible solutions19:30 - arrival to Woznawie¶ and accommodation at Zagroda Kuwasy pension
20:00 - dinnerDay Two - Monday (26.09) [ see a map ]

9:45 - 11:45 - visit to Biebrza National Park- several walks in the Lower Basin of the Biebrza river and presentation of the main features and characteristics of the area11:45 - departure by bus from Woznawie¶
12:30 - 13:30 - Visit to the 'Dworek nad Ł±kami' Manor in Kiermusy- traditional lunch of the Podlasie region13:45 - arrival to Kurowo
13:45 - 18:00 - visit to Narew National Park- welcome speech by the NPN managing director19:00 - arrival to Ploski and accommodation at the Ptasia Osada pension
- walk on the special tourist path along with explanation about the characteristic features of the area and climbing an out-look tower
- kayak trip throughout meanders of the Narew river
- walk on dikes along re-naturalisation project sites of the NPN
19:30 - dinnerDay Three - Tuesday (27.09) [ see a map ]

9:00 - departure by bus from Płoski
10:00 - 19:00 - Visit to the Białowieska Primeval Forest- visit to the Siemianowka reservoir followed by explanation of its influence on the Primeval Forest20:00 - .... - Special Farewell Dinner

- lunch
- walk in the Special Protection Area of the Białowieża National ParkDay Four - Wednesday (28.09) [ see a map ]
