Buses departure to Wierzba:

• 12:15 Airport - There will be our technical staff waiting for participants near "Herz car rent" desk. He will guide you to the bus. The bus will be waiting at the parking outside the airport building (at the moment the parking is under construction and we will inform you about bus stop a few days before the conference)



• 12:30 - Central Railway Station - There will be our technical staff waiting for participants near 1st cash desk in the main hall. He will guide you to the bus. After getting off the train you should head for the stairs to get up to the main hall. The bus will be waiting at the parking near "Sala Kongresowa" building (palace-like, very tall) - place is marked on the map.

• The number plate of the buses will be announced before the conference. The busses will be marked with the conference logo.



• If someone come later or get lost there is possibility do get to Wierzba by public transport. First you should take a train to Olsztyn and then we will pick you up from the railway station in Olsztyn. In such case you should inform us by calling a person responsible for transport organization. His mobile phone number will be send by e-mail.
  
  The train to Olsztyn leaves at 15:10 from the Central Railway Station.
